Activity Log is a system for tracking productivity and monitoring employee activity in a workplace environment — either in an office/corporate setting or in a home office (remote work).
✅ Integration – the software working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate daily analysis.
✅ Security – the system could also contribute to monitoring corporate security in cases of suspected theft of company information.
ACTIVITY LOG 2.0
The system consists of a client and a server component.
The client component collects data about used applications, system information, and online activity, while the server component provides an interface for analyzing and managing the collected data.
➡️ Client Component
The client is a software application running on employees’ computers, which collects the following data:
System Information:
- Computer name, user, processor, RAM, and more
User Activity:
- Time and name of launched application
- Duration of use for each application
- Start and end time of activity, total work duration
The client periodically sends this data to the server component for processing and analysis.
➡️ Server Component
The server component stores and visualizes the collected data through a web-based interface, offering several key functionalities:
ℹ️ User List:
- Displays all employees and their computers
- Average productivity value for each employee
- Average activity value for each employee
- Information about the operating system, hardware specifications, and IP addresses
- Displays online status as well as date and time of last online activity
- Search by name and sorting by all indicators
ℹ️ User Activity Report:
- Shows detailed activity information for a specific employee for all working dates
- Productivity chart for the selected employee
- Includes first and last activity times, active and inactive status, and total work duration for the day
- Includes productive time, unproductive time, and productivity percentage
ℹ️ Application Usage Report:
- List of all used applications
- Classification of productive and unproductive interactions
- Shows duration of use for each application
- Allows search by application name
ℹ️ Date-Based Report:
- Displays all employees active on a given date
- Productive time, unproductive time, and productivity percentage
- Includes first and last activity times
- Allows analysis of total work duration
ℹ️ Period Report:
- Displays all employees or only one employee over a time period
- Totals for the period – active and inactive time, productive and unproductive time, productivity percentage
- Productivity chart
- Active/inactive time chart

Price: 5,199 EUR (excl. VAT) – one-time payment
Included Terms:
- Unlimited number of users and devices
- Free installation, integration, and configuration of the server component
- Free updates and bug fixes
- Self-hosted server – no additional costs (installation is done free of charge on your server)
Alternative: Cloud Server (hosted and maintained by us):
1 EUR/month per employee (the price covers server hosting costs based on the number of employees)
AI-Powered Analytics (optional):
The software includes (optionally) the ability to generate daily activity and productivity analysis per employee – each analysis will cost you between 0.07 – 0.2 EUR (excl. VAT), depending on the data sent and the response received from the AI.
Generating AI analyses is not required for Activity Log to function!
